I got some advice from a former coworker who’s an s-tier salesperson, and she gave me the idea of starting a teams pilot program to really learn how people use Kinopio with their teams, what they like, what they don’t like, and what’s missing for them?
I suspect Kinopio has the potential for reducing meetings, starting projects faster (because the scoping out can be more informal and adaptable), and getting projects done faster (because the planning and the doing can happen in one collaborative place).
Ideally I’d like to find the ROI that comes from helping teams work better together. Whether that’s saving time in meetings, or shipping better features in less time.
To make this less theoretical, I’m starting a teams pilot program. If you want to try Kinopio at work, I’ll let you and your team or company use it for free, and after 2 months or so we’ll talk about how it went.
