Sometimes the text input area shrinks to a single line

Sometimes the text input area shrinks to a single line, even when the text is long.
I haven’t been able to repro it consistently, but it seems to be related to the presence of a tag.
I haven’t seen this happen on cards without a tag.

can repro:

  1. selected 2+ cards
  2. added tag to them
  3. clicked a tag on number 1 card and filtered by it
  4. Other cards will have this bug
