Sometimes fast typing causes cards not to save? They disappear

I have noticed this in solo spaces, but I recently had an experience in a shared space where cards would disappear despite appearing for a while.

It winds up creating a pretty distinctive structure, you can see where cards were dropped:

this may have been fixed by the fix for Fast typing causes cards not to save - non-collab version - #8 by pirijan

let me know if you see this in the future and i’ll reopen
