Agreed with everyone- naming it to surface the date is good.
Easier on the recall and I do use it everyday when making Journal spaces, so that saves me a click.
2 random-words is a nice creative coffee exercise; could be an easter egg shortcut 
but to save the hassle it I would fill it myself if I was to return to theming the spaces with its own unique name.
Though thinking about this more, I would name it to something for easier recall with association + enhances search - so the 2 random words would be phased out for me.
