This is broken on the mac app, Safari, Firefox, Edge.

It looks fine on Mobile Safari.

Not sure where that light grey outline is coming from, can you web inspect it for me and screenshot the element?

i add overflow:hidden; and the scrollbar track is hidden…

Okay, adding overflow: hidden to the dialog fixes it for me. I verified on:

It was never broken for me on mobile Safari (FWIW)
