to allow controlling playback and audio, I have to enable native controls. But this any card interactions on the video itself (eg card drag etc.).
mp4 cards are used for giphy ‘gifs’ (but real .gif is used for giphy stickers)
One way to do this is to treat mp4 like youtube urls and have a play button that toggles on an active mode with playback controls, and maybe adds a draggable frame around the vid. It should look sorta like a youtube embed card.
