Increase background image size limits

Currently, we have a 1mb limit on space backgrounds. I need to use a workaround by first uploading my image to Kinopio, then copying its url and using that as the space bg.

I think raising the limit to the same size we have on other file uploads would make sense. I’m guessing this is there in the first place to make bgs load fast, but an URL image can be larger so I don’t see the point.

background upload size restrictions now match card uploads (5mb for free users, 1gb for paid). in the near future, image sizes will be dynamically resized if necessary
