iCloud Albums don't work with ?hidden=true

I have created this shared album just to repro the issue:

When I paste https://www.icloud.com/sharedalbum/#B0g532ODWJGfAxx into Kinopio, it arrives as https://www.icloud.com/sharedalbum/#B0g532ODWJGfAxx?hidden=true

When you visit the link, you get “iCloud can’t find that page”:

If you remove ?hidden=true, then it works.

I wonder if other sites also have this broken parsing around extra querystring params?

Could you hide “source URLs” in Kinopio without modifying them, using app state only?

I have never heard of another website that breaks when unused query strings are added to the url. Leave it to apple to break web conventions…

bc this is seems like an icloud only thing i can prevent icloud.com urls from having the hidden qs added to them
