Focus mode should be different from presentation mode

圖片

  • Focus mode: less UI, more focus.
  • Presentation mode: Basically act like read-only mode to prevent accidental edits when viewing/scrolling, especially when using on a cellphone, ipad or showing others my work with my own device.

NB: while I know I can lock the card, it will be a pain to click every card to unlock them imo.

oh ya never thought of that, i think it makes sense. I’d love more people to weigh in on whether they’d use either of these separated modes

I like this idea, and it makes sense. However, sometimes when I use Kinopio for presenting, I like that it is interactive and I can make connections live. So maybe for that use case, I would use Focus mode

should focus mode include the card connector circles for unconnected cards?

include imo.

“Empty” connector circles means nothing is connected to it while a “card with no connector circles” felt like different card type.
