Drawing: Partial Stroke Erasing and Line Divider Support

  1. Partial stroke erasing instead of Whole Stroke Eraser
    Right now, the Drawing eraser removes an entire stroke when any part of that stroke is erased. I understand that the current Whole Stroke Eraser may be more performant, but it can make small corrections difficult.
    What I have in mind is similar to a vector-path eraser: when the eraser crosses a stroke, only the intersecting section would be removed. The original stroke could then be split into one or more new stroke segments representing the parts that remain.

  2. Drawings should move with Line Divider sections

    Right now, drawings don’t move together with a Line Divider.

    Many of my drawings are positioned to match specific cards, so when I reorganize a space later using a Line Divider, the cards move but the drawings stay where they were.
    This makes it difficult for me to use Drawing for content that may need to be reorganized later.

Sorry for the confusion , only moving drawings is shipped. Partial line erasing isn’t shipped (that one might be a while because it’s much more technically difficult)

Hmm from the vid it looks like a bug that the drawing isn’t moving. I’ll look into it today

i couldn’t repro , moving drawings seems to work for me . what browser are you using? Have you tried refreshing the app? just to debug, have you tried to move a drawing in a new space?
