Create cards via API can fall back on `defaultAddSpaceId`

Right now, creating a card via a POST to api.kinopio.club/card requires spaceId. With the introduction of user.defaultAddSpaceId (New attr user.defaultAddSpaceId), this action can now fall back on this space when one is not provided.
