Can't move cards

I’m getting into this state more recently these days. I can’t move cards. A reload fixes it. But then it happens again after some usage:

When I’m in this state, I can’t make connections or move cards. Here is a space where I’ve been seeing it a lot: Kinopio – Thinking Canvas

I added some fixes related to this (although I just noticed this today, thought it was related to a bug fix today)
