Bug: Select all cards under cursor still does not work on Windows

I am trying to use CTRL+SHIFT+A on Windows (Vivaldi, Firefox) and it does not work.

do you know if other web apps use this shortcut?

Vivaldi does nothing when pressed this.
Firefox opens menu for adding plugins.
Edge does nothing.
