Applying the connector filter is filtering out cards

if you have time for fixing bugs can you please fix this one bc it affects work a lot
if filtering is enabled for connection typeA:
if cardA and cardB are connected using typeB should they be faded out? or should only connection lines be faded out based on connection filters?
i think yes, they should be faded. only cards which are connected by filtered connection type should be visible like before.
boxes are filtered out tho
i think they should be shown if they are connected ( I’m not sure about the contents of the boxes, but I’m about 65-70% leaning toward thinking the content should be shown too bc thats what the purpose of the boxes is. )
reopening this. will add box support

i think showing the content intellectually makes sense, but may not feel very predictable in use. it’s also a confusing edge case to maintain
Yep I agree bc there is a box filter I can filter them contents out anyway
If I apply a box filter, connectors that are outside the box don’t get filtered (they don’t fade out).
I think I understand now — this is probably so that connectors inside a filtered box remain visible.
But if it’s technically possible and not hard to implement to show only the connectors that are fully inside the box, that would definitely be the optimal solution.
