I was creating a super nice Space, quite some cards, many relations… without being logged in.
Then I remembered I had an account and decided to login. It seems I had too many cards for the free version. I saw a Read-only message, fine. I decided to start deleting old spaces to be able to work on the new space.
At some point (few seconds/minutes, I don’t know), my new space contained only relation labels and list boxes, but no cards. All gone.
Right after signing in, I could see my space along with the others. There was a moving, circle-shaped icon next to my new space, that appeared to me like it was syncing. I then switched to my old spaces and started deleting cards and spaces.
The read only message was like a label on the top left of the screen. There were cards in my new space when I saw this, yes. When I logged in, I was viewing my new space and the cards were there, only that the Read-only label appeared.
thanks for the help , this error took a while to figure out. The root cause of the data error was because your space had multiple connection line colors (aka connectionTypes). A typo in how those were being cached caused the data to be malformed when trying to save it on the server.
I just released a fix for this. Again, really sorry this happened to you! but thanks to your report it won’t happen again for anyone else.
