Repro Steps:
- Spawn a Box and have a target space in mind.
- Paint Select the Box title.
Observed Result: No Move/Copy UI
Expected Result: Move/Copy UI appears
This also occurred when paint-selecting a large group of two boxes, one of which had content-cards. The empty box was not moved to the other space.
