Indicate new card/editing outside of viewing area

The problem is that right now we don’t really know if a new card was created unless we get a notification.

The idea is that the cursor that’s already showing the position of users would somehow get highlighted to show that a new card was added, or that they are editing a card.

a beta that addresses this is now available to test at https://deploy-preview-520--kinopio-client.netlify.app/

  • improves accuracy of other user cursors
  • cards created by other users offscreen show a little fading circle at the edge of your screen
  • right clicking anywhere drops an animated ping that more actively signals other users on a space to look 'over here
