I appreciate the (relatively new) feature where words with a .
within are no longer treated as links (e.g. p5.js
). However, the “Hide URL” button still appears.
(but it doesn’t show up as a link once you stop editing, so no issues here)
That’s all minor, but I think it becomes an issue because it’s still parsed as a link. Clicking the Hide URL button appends ?hidden=true
to both the non-URL and URL. This only hides the non-URL and the link doesn’t work.
Then when you manually correct it, it doesn’t hide or provide the link arrow:
