Box should not detect expanding east and west when card is outside of box

When the card is outside of the box, right now when you drag it close to the left and right borders of a box, it detects that you are trying to expand the box. I don’t think this makes sense. It should continue to detect that you want to expand it southward.

Also adding onto to this:

when dragging , only the currently dragging box should snap

added a little threshold/deadzone at targetBox corners to prevent accidental snaps in the wrong direction. so you’ll see here that the box has to more Clearly be under or to the left of the box before the snapping will activate
