Assign random colors to cards (updated to: use last color for cards)

An idea: What about if we could select multiple cards and then click on: “assign random colors”. Each card then would get randomized color. :slight_smile:

each individual card selected would get a different color? what’s the use case for this?

It happens to me often that I have suddenly many different cards of the same color and I just want to give quickly them some distinct feeling, while I don`t care about the exact color selected.

the sense i get is that this is a not-so-common request, in that case the api script might be a better fit for this:

you could GET a space and PATCH cards that don’t already have a backgroundColor to have a random color

Fair. Not everything has to be implemented :). We see if this request reappears. The use last type background would be more important for me.

i can def see more cases where use last color would be helpful (like in https://twitter.com/KinopioClub/status/1488180383011246087)
